- Orders placed by 2 p.m. ET are prepared the same business day. Shipped by carrier; delivery time depends on the region.
- Choose the delivery date in the builder; the calendar shows what's available.
- Include the whole address and a phone number for the recipient.
- Whether a hospital delivery can be made depends on the hospital's access rules and the recipient's stay.
- Tell us as soon as you can if the recipient has been discharged; the team will sort out the delivery.
- Any access details — apartment, buzzer, concierge, gate code — go in the delivery notes.
- A delivery confirmation follows where the method of delivery supports one.
