Vermont Baskets provides delivery within Vermont only. Delivery to other states, Canada, or international destinations is not offered through this website. Customers may place orders from outside Vermont, but the recipient delivery address must be located within Vermont.

Next-day delivery is the standard delivery model for Vermont Baskets. Same-day delivery is not offered. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on the recipient’s Vermont address and the delivery options available for that order.

Delivery dates, delivery windows, delivery availability, shipping times, transit times, and order tracking information are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Vermont Baskets. We do not guarantee exact delivery times unless an express written guarantee is provided by Vermont Baskets.

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays, delivery failures, or delivery issues caused by carriers, couriers, delivery partners, weather, road conditions, traffic, building access issues, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, recipient unavailability, business closures, security desks, apartment or suite access limitations, phone number errors, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
