If I could give negative 5 stars I would. This is an absolute terrible company. Why ask for a delivery date if you can’t even deliver within the same week of the chosen delivery date?
I ordered this basket for loved ones. They received a box of broken wine glasses, rotten food, and a bunch of MAGGOTS! I’m absolutely appalled and embarrassed! I called customer service and they were incredibly nonchalant about the situation and said they would contact me “accordingly” after receiving photo proof. Not immediately. Accordingly. This makes me believe this type of thing must happen frequently. Once they receive their proof, the rep said I could either get a refund OR they would send another basket. Why would anyone want another basket like this? Disgusting!
